-Pretty much "Fake it till you make it".
-As designers we can influence how people think and behave from what we make.
-Also, think about the Journey of the user (user experience), how they get from part A->B
-Don't focus everything on the visual but also the context (so focus on both)

-There is a lot to read through but it gives a blurb sized

They have social media but they don’t really have a large
fan base.
Increasing the popularity on their social media could help
to encourage more people to go to the library. This is relevant to the age
range around our ages.
